Muskogee, OK — January 6, 2025 — Before winter break, Muskogee Public Schools proudly announced the hiring of Dale Condict as the new head football coach for the Muskogee Roughers. Coach Condict comes to Muskogee after an exceptional career leading the Wagoner Bulldogs since 2005, where he established a legacy of success both on and off the field.
During his nearly two decades with Wagoner, Coach Condict built a powerhouse program, earning multiple state championships and developing student-athletes who thrived under his leadership. His proven track record of building winning teams and fostering character aligns perfectly with the values of the Muskogee Roughers.
“Coach Condict’s leadership and experience make him an outstanding choice to lead our program,” said Dr. Jarod Mendenhall, Superintendent of Muskogee Public Schools. “We’re excited for him to bring his passion and vision to Muskogee and to build on the strong foundation of Rougher football.”
The Roughers are looking forward to a new chapter under Coach Condict’s leadership as they prepare for the upcoming season and continue to raise the standard for Muskogee football.
