Please complete the following form for each student that you would like to enroll for the Muskogee Public Schools Roughers RISE summer program. The program will take place Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM each week beginning on Monday, June 2, 2025 and ending on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

Enrollment is limited to students who were enrolled at Muskogee Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year in grades kindergarten through 12th.

Completing this form after May 5, 2025 will put your student on the waitlist for the 2025 Roughers RISE Summer School program. If your student is approved you will be contacted.
